Welcome
Welcome to Stratum Health System’s, COVID-19 resources and information page. On this page, you will find unique resources to help you care for your patient, family member and even yourself during this extraordinary time.
Along with the fear and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus outbreak, social isolation has been identified as a growing threat to the well-being of patients, families and loved ones in the communities Stratum Health System serves.
Stratum is finding ways to help its patients, their loved ones and community members make the best of the new normal until the outbreak subsides.
If you have suggestions or resources you would like to add to this page please email info@stratumhealthsystem.org.

Relaxation Workshop
When we relax, the flow of blood increases around our body giving us more energy. It helps us to have a calmer and clearer mind which aids positive thinking, concentration, memory and decision making. Relaxation slows our heart rate, reduces our blood pressure and relieves tension. Take a moment as our volunteer shares some relaxation techniques with you.
My Life, My Choice
Developed by Stratum Health System My Life, My Choice is a resource to allow you and your loved ones to think about the “what ifs” before a critical healthcare issue arises. Advanced care planning is critical, and having these important conversations early gives you and your family members peace of mind and a course to follow.
- Educate yourself on the options for treatment and treatment impacts if you have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness.
- Determine what type of care you desire or don’t want.
- Talk to your healthcare providers about your concerns. Don’t be afraid to ask the tough questions and be ready to accept their responses.
- Consider carefully who will be your voice should you not be able to make your own decisions.
- Be prepared to discuss your wishes with the individual you appoint as your surrogate and family members.
